PERSOL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Associate. Fresh graduates are welcome to join and gain hands-on recruitment experience while collaborating with our Singapore-based consultants to connect clients with the right talent.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment tasks from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, building a robust candidate pipeline and learning about the Singapore job market.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or pursuing degree; fresh graduates are welcome.
• HR internship or related experience is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and connect with potential candidates via job portals and social media.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based consultants to understand job specs and client expectations.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Provide timely updates and support to candidates throughout recruitment.

Join us as a Recruitment Associate and gain valuable hands‑on experience in the recruitment industry while collaborating with our Singapore-based consultants to connect clients with the right talent.

You’ll play an active role in the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and engagement to interview coordination and relationship management. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your communication and stakeholder management skills while gaining exposure to the Singapore job market.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with clients’ hiring needs and job requirements.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based consultants to understand job specifications, candidate profiles, and client expectations.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for available roles.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, consultants, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely updates and support to candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support ongoing and future recruitment needs.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while developing essential communication, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition skills.
