You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, source candidates across portals and networks, and build strong client relationships for ongoing staffing needs.

As our business continues to grow, People Profilers is expanding our Kuala Lumpur team and is looking for 360 Recruitment Consultants who are ready to own their market, maximize earning potential and grow their careers with a regional recruitment firm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Learn and manage the full recruitment cycle (360°), from acquiring clients, sourcing candidates, to successful placements.

Connect with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with suitable opportunities.

Build relationships with clients and support them in finding the right talent.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.

Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Develop your communication, business development, and consultative sales skills while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Internship, part-time work, leadership roles, or extracurricular achievements will be an added advantage.

Candidates with 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment, are also welcome to apply.

Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to grow.

Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and recruitment processes is a plus.
