Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcomed to apply with strong communication skills.
• Internship, part-time work or leadership roles are an advantage.
• Candidates with 1–2 years recruitment experience are also welcome.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage the full recruitment cycle (360°), from acquiring clients to placements.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring process.
• Develop communication and consultative sales skills while building client relationships.
• Build relationships with clients and help find the right talent.
