Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a proactive recruiter to join our hybrid team. You will partner with clients to understand hiring needs, source talent using various methods, conduct interviews, and coordinate the interview process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source talent using job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and support the interview process between clients and candidates.
• Manage offer negotiations and oversee the placement process to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive growth.
• Initiate sales and marketing activities to attract business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand priorities and identify leads.
