Tap Growth ai in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support the full recruitment lifecycle. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews while collaborating with Singapore-based consultants to meet client hiring needs.

The role is open to fresh graduates and offers exposure to the Singapore recruitment market and multiple recruitment channels. Flexible office & remote work options enable hybrid scheduling.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur! This is a great opportunity to gain practical recruitment experience while collaborating with our Singapore-based consultants to help clients identify and attract the right talent.

You’ll be involved in various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews and building professional relationships. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your communication and stakeholder management skills while gaining valuable exposure to the Singapore recruitment market.

Role: Talent Researcher

What You'll Do:

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring requirements.
• Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ recruitment needs and candidate expectations.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for available positions.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and provide timely assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Update and maintain candidate profiles and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Establish and maintain relationships with candidates to support future recruitment opportunities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while building your recruitment and stakeholder management capabilities

• Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
