JP Caliber Sdn Bhd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build relationships, develop business, and connect professionals with great opportunities in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, source candidates through LinkedIn and portals, and grow your own desk with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and ambition are encouraged to apply.
• Confident and persuasive with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the 360° recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and market mapping.
• Screen, interview and assess suitable candidates.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Understand client needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salary, and finalize offers.
• Develop new client accounts and expand relationships.
• Build and manage your own candidate and client pipeline.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the 360° recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping
• Screen, interview, and assess suitable candidates
• Build strong long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Understand client hiring requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions

About you

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields
• Recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and ambition are encouraged to apply
