Job summary

INJOY MARKETING (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a QA/R&D leader to develop and improve products, recipes and formulations, ensuring top quality.

You will manage QA/QC activities, ensure HACCP, GMP, Halal and food safety compliance, handle testing, investigate quality issues and customer complaints, and lead audits.

The role collaborates with Production and Purchasing and requires maintaining QA/R&D documentation, SOPs and specifications while training the QA/R&D team.
