Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC professional to assist in external and internal audits and ensure daily activities meet HALAL, MESTI, GMP & HACCP best practices.

You will inspect incoming materials, prepare QC reports, monitor sanitation, and support investigations into quality issues while maintaining up-to-date documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in QAQC, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, HALAL and MESTI, and 2–3 years’ F&B experience; able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma certification in QAQC or any related field.
• Must have knowledge HACCP, GMP, HALAL and MESTI
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in external and internal audit to ensure activities comply with HALAL, MESTI, GMP and HACCP.
• Perform inspections on incoming materials to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare QC reports and schedule to management when necessary.
• Hold monthly meetings with management team.
• Monitor pest control, cleaning, sanitation, and personal hygiene of workers.
• Carry out inspection for in process activities in every related stages.
• Assist in investigation of quality issues and complaints.
• Maintain up-to-date quality documentation.
• Assist in validation study activities and establishing and verifying SOPs, forms, records, and manuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

To participate, assist in external and internal audit as well as to ensure daily activities are in accordance with Company's HALAL, MESTI, GMP & HACCP best practice.

Perform inspection on incoming materials, to ensure / maintain quality standards and specifications, and good conditions

Prepare QC reports and schedule to management when necessary.

Held a meeting with management team once a month.

To monitor pest control, cleaning, sanitation, and personal hygiene of workers at production areas.

To carry out inspection for in process activities in every related stages.

To assist in the investigation of quality issue and complaints.

Able to keep up to date all quality related documents, record, report, checking, analysis and other proper documentation.

To assist in the validation study activities and establishing and verifying SOPs, forms, records, and manuals.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma certification in QAQC or any related field.

Must have knowledge HACCP, GMP, HALAL and MESTI

At least 2 -3 years of working experience in the F&B industry.

Able to work independently.
