Job summary

TS HERITAGE CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD in Penang seeks a Quantity Surveying professional to assist tender documentation, progress claims, variations orders and site valuations for ongoing projects.

Candidate should have a Diploma/Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management with 1+ year of related experience, be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, and able to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication in Bahasa, English and Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
