Responsibilities

• Cost Planning & Estimation: Calculating material, labor, and time requirements to prepare accurate budget estimates.
• Tendering & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, bills of quantities, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Cost Control: Monitoring project progress, evaluating variations, and managing costs to prevent overruns.
• Contract Administration: Handling progress payments, valuing completed work, and preparing final accounts.
• Risk Mitigation: Assessing risks, conducting feasibility studies, and writing reports on project finances.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
• Knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations
