Job summary

LKT Construction Sdn. Bhd. is an interior design, renovation and maintenance SME established in 2015. A Contract Executive / Quantity Surveyor is needed to handle measurement, costing, material control and contractual documentation.

The role involves preparing valuations of subcontractors, progress claims, final accounts, and coordinating with consultants. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin and/or Cantonese an added advantage.

About you

Candidate has at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Project Documentation

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia; Able to speak in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be added advantage

Familiarity with overall interior fit-out work & construction progress would be added advantage

Possess good organization & time management skills

Able to work well in a team environment with discipline, proactive and positive working attitude(s)

Able to work under pressure environment

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
