Job summary

CSCEC Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support on-site measurements, valuations, and contractual documentation for subcontractors in Malaysia.

The role involves budgeting, tender preparation, and coordinating with procurement, with 3–5 years of construction experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying. Proficiency in Glodon, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Familiar with Glodon, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office."

• Assist with sourcing, price negotiations, and evaluations when required.
• Develop project plans, estimate budgets, and set timelines.
• Assist prepare tender documentation for new project bids.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Familiar with Glodon Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided
