Job summary

TS HERITAGE CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. You will prepare tender documents, progress claims, VO and subcontractor certificates, and perform site valuation.

Requirements include at least 1 year of experience, MS Office (Excel & Word) proficiency, basic AutoCAD knowledge, and fluency in Bahasa, English and Mandarin. Must work well under pressure, independently, and be eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Bahasa, English and Mandarin for effective communication with clients/suppliers/subcontractors.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
