Job summary

Ecopark Enterprise is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, progress claims, and material estimation in Malaysia. Strong ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Malay is required.

The candidate should possess a Bachelor or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification. Responsibilities include preparing preliminary costings, managing sub-con claims, and computing material quantities to generate bill of quantities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project preliminary costing.
• Prepare and assess sub-con progress claims.
• Measure and calculate materials needed for the project and prepare BQ.
