Job summary

Nakakumi Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking aQuantity Surveyor to support cost management on projects in Selangor. The role involves preparing estimates, Bills of Quantities, budgets and tender documents, plus evaluating quotations and contract papers.

You will negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, track costs to keep within budget, and prepare progress claims and variation orders, while ensuring accurate cost records on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of Bills of Quantities, tendering and contract administration preferred.
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and AutoCAD; QS software knowledge is a plus.

RRequirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.

Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

Knowledge of Bills of Quantities, tendering and contract administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and AutoCAD (knowledge of QS software is an advantage).

Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language will have an added advantage.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.

Possess a positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
