Job summary

CNECC Engineering(Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and project budgets based on drawings and specs. You will review subcontractor quotations, monitor cost performance and assist in procurement and financial planning.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in QS or Civil Engineering, solid MS Excel skills, and fluency in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus. Malaysian cost standards familiarity is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for construction projects.
• Familiar with Malaysian construction cost standards and local market rates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS software.
• Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
