Job summary

CAPTAIN CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a quantity surveyor-style professional to measure quantities and take-offs using Glodon, and to prepare progress claims against clients. The role involves verifying sub-con claims and monthly quantity tallies for the company, client and subcontractors, with Mandarin language ability required.

You will also be responsible for closing Final Accounts when needed, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and project cost control.

• Experience in preparing progress claims against clients.

• Monthly tallying of quantities for Company, Client & Sub-con.
