Job summary

Abadi Piling Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost control and contractual administration on construction projects in Kuala Lumpur.

You will prepare monthly progress claims, variations, and final accounts, attend site meetings, conduct measurements, and assist in tender submissions and cost budgeting. Collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Good knowledge in cost estimation, claims, and certification.
• Enthusiastic, diligent, and meticulous.
