Job summary

Hacko Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage renovation projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare progress claims, handle variation orders, and support contract administration from pre-tender through site measurements.

The role requires a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and at least 3 years of renovation experience, with strong email communication and meeting attendance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field (Renovation work).
• Experience with progress claims, variation orders, and contract matters.
