Job summary

Qdb Ventures Sdn Bhd. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to prepare and submit progress claims, evaluate subcontractor claims, and prepare variation orders. The role includes site visits, on-site supervision, and coordination with clients, consultants and suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with at least 1 year in construction; fresh graduates are welcome. Independent work and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Job description

Prepare and submit progress claims, evaluating progress claims from sub-contractors, prepare and submit Variation Orders etc. etc.

Site visit, supervision and coordination works

Meeting with Clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors

Good working knowledge of Autocad and Microsoft Office

Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

- Candidate must possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
- Minimum one (1) year experience in construction industry however fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently
- Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and having a commitment to deliver high quality work
- Possess own transport
