The role requires 3 years of experience in food QC/QA, familiarity with GMP/HACCP/ISO standards, and strong documentation and communication skills.
Ensure all products, services & processes meet the company's established quality standards & regulatory requirements, including implementing QCQA procedures and programs.
To organized and ensure that all testing of all samples are performed in accordance with the established work instruction and priority.
To monitor quality of raw and packaging materials and finished products, performance of personal hygiene of the production operators an sanitation of production equipment’s.
To verify the air, water quality and conduct trend analysis on environmental monitoring.
To troubleshoot and provide solutions to non-conformances issues.
To coordinate and participate in customer complaint investigation including report and update of customer complaint.
To ensure optimum performance of testing activities and accurate test results.
Ensure product stability testing carried out according to schedule.
To prepare purchase request of glassware, reagents and apparatus required for testing.
To maintain and control inventory of laboratory glassware, reagents, spare part and apparatus.
To ensure that all testing instruments and apparatus are correctly utilized and maintained.
To ensure that all measurement equipment’ are calibrated as per schedule and proper maintenance of the records.
To arrange and monitor daily duty and over time duty for subordinates.
To assist in product quality investigation and monitoring.
To develop and establish new analytical methods and ensure proper maintenance of the method development and validation document.
To prepare work instruction for methods of analysis and laboratory equipment’s and instruments operating work instruction and other relevant documents and controls the documents in accordance with the document control procedure.
To assist in preparing annual budget and control purchase within the budget.
To prepare report on direct cost of analysis and monthly laboratory charges for the tests carried out on sample submitted by external parties.
To approve or reject raw and packaging material testing, bulk and finished product testing according to SOP and specification.
To check and monitor bulk product adjustment if required.
To ensure that all documents are updated and complies to ISO and other SOP requirements.
To perform any other related tasks as assigned by superior.
