Job summary

Huat Huat Kouping (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a QC Inspector to perform product inspections during packing and monitor quality throughout the process.

The role requires adherence to SOPs, GMP/HACCP/Halal standards and clear bilingual communication. This position is full-time and on-site at the production facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in food technology or related field.
• Basic understanding of QC processes in food manufacturing.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Willing to work full-time in a production environment.
• Able to communicate and document findings clearly.
• Physically fit and able to be stationed full-time in production.
• Clear communication in Bahasa Malaysia/English.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections during packing.
• Monitor product quality, packaging condition and labelling accuracy.
• Ensure all finished products are inspected and recorded in the QC system.
• Assist in QC-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal and food safety standards.
• Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Warehouse and QA teams for quality and smooth operations.
• Identify and report products not meeting quality standards and segregate for action.
