Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the QC team and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. You will ensure QC activities follow procedures, drive improvements, and serve as the liaison between internal teams and customers on quality matters.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Injection molding experience is considered an advantage for this role.

• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation tools.
• Experience in injection molding is a plus.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring quality control activities are carried out according to established procedures, driving continuous improvement, and acting as the key liaison between internal teams and customers on all quality-related matters. This role also involves close collaboration on new product introductions and troubleshooting high failure-rate issues on the production line.

What You'll Do

• Ensure QC teams carry out quality control activities in line with established procedures
• Oversee execution of inspection plans and methods as specified in inspection checklists
• Monitor quality trends and develop improvement plans for implementation
• Liaise with internal teams and customers on all quality-related issues
• Organize, upskill, and motivate the QC team toward shared quality objectives
• Participate in new project introductions and high failure-rate line investigations, including experimentation and evaluation to improve product quality

What We're Looking For
