Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the QC team and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. You will ensure QC activities follow procedures, drive improvements, and serve as the liaison between internal teams and customers on quality matters.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Injection molding experience is considered an advantage for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation tools.
• Experience in injection molding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QC activities align with established procedures.
• Oversee inspection plans and methods as specified in inspection checklists.
• Monitor quality trends and implement improvement plans.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers on quality issues.
• Upskill and motivate the QC team toward quality objectives.
• Participate in new project introductions and line investigations.
