- Lead and drive the overall quality strategy, systems, and continuous improvement programmes.
- Develop and manage annual quality plans, budgets, team development initiatives, and key projects.
- Establish and maintain quality standards to ensure products meet customer expectations and business requirements.
- Lead investigations and problem-solving activities related to quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
- Review and approve the disposition process for non-conforming products.
- Manage supplier quality programmes, audits, performance reviews, and corrective action follow-ups.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and project development activities.
- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance product quality, process capability, and system effectiveness.
- Strengthen and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of quality systems for new facilities or business units when required.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Quality Assurance team.
- Build a quality-focused culture across the organisation and promote best practices.

Lead enterprise-wide quality strategy and transformationDrive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, or manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
- Experience within plastic manufacturing or packaging manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in English and computer applications.
- Sound knowledge of production quality control, Quality Management Systems, auditing processes, and quality improvement tools.
- Knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and related technologies is preferred.
- Experience managing customer complaints, product testing, and calibration activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
