Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Engineer to monitor quality performance for Injection Moulding and Assembly processes, conduct inspections, and ensure products meet customer and company quality requirements.

You will analyze root causes, implement CAPA, support mould trials, process trials, NPI, and product validation, and work with Production, Tooling, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Support mould trials, process trials, NPI, and product validation.
• Work with Production, Tooling, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve quality problems.
• Investigate internal and customer complaints and prepare 8D reports when required.
• Monitor and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and process documentation.
• Conduct process audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor defect rates and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality procedures.

• Monitor quality performance for Injection Moulding and Assembly processes.
• Conduct inspection and ensure products meet customer and company quality requirements.
• Monitor production processes and identify quality issues, defects, and abnormalities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support mould trials, process trials, new product introduction (NPI), and product validation.
• Work closely with Production, Tooling, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality problems.
• Investigate internal and customer complaints and prepare 8D reports when required.
• Monitor and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and process documentation.
• Conduct process audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor defect rates and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality procedures.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
