Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance team within the Plastic Injection Molding and Automotive Lighting Assembly sector. You will oversee QA activities and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

You will handle customer complaints, lead root-cause analyses, drive corrective actions, and participate in internal and external audits (ISO compliance).

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team in the Plastic Injection Molding and Automotive Lighting Assembly industry.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage all quality assurance and control activities

Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards

Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

Lead internal and external audits (ISO compliance)

Monitor production quality performance and implement improvements

Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues

Manage QA team performance, training, and development

About you

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field

At least 5-8 years of experience in plastic injection molding will be in advantage

Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 )

Experience in handling customer audits and quality issues

Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Familiar with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP)
