Job summary

Sunshine Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Balakong, Selangor is seeking a diligent Quality Control/Quality Assurance inspector. The role focuses on ensuring materials, processes and finished products meet strict quality standards and specifications.

You will conduct inspections, record results, support production teams to improve quality, and assist during audits such as SIRIM while maintaining a clean QC area and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be responsible and able to work independently.
• Must have attention to detail and be quality conscious.
• Basic knowledge in QC/QA processes.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Able to use measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks for raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
• Perform product testing and inspection according to QC procedures.
• Identify defects or quality issues and report them to superiors immediately.
• Record inspection results and maintain QC documentation properly.
• Monitor the production process to ensure product quality consistency.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve product quality.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and corrective actions if necessary.
• Ensure the workplace complies with quality control and safety procedures.
• Assist during internal or external audits (such as SIRIM audits).
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the QC work area.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
