Job summary

Tiau Yoke Food Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail QC Assistant to support food safety, quality and halal compliance at our Kepong factory. You will conduct routine inspections, maintain records, assist with audits, and help ensure products and operations meet company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, daily QC reporting, and liaising with government inspectors. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years in QA/QC is an advantage, with basic English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing QA/QC is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Food Safety standards (HACCP, GMP, or Halal regulations) is highly preferred
• Meticulous, highly observant, detail-oriented, and able to work on the production floor
• Able to communicate and write reports in basic Bahasa Melayu and English
• Able to work at Kepong

• Report quality issues and non-conformities to the Halal cum QA Senior Executive
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and product-quality issues
• Support product traceability exercises, mock recalls, and sample collection when required
