Job summary

EHH Food Industry Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to perform in-process quality inspections on the production floor of a Malaysian noodle and food products facility.

You will monitor GMP, hygiene, and safety practices and conduct basic checks on temperature, weight, visuals, and packaging. You'll record results, report issues, support audits, and assist with traceability and recalls as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Able to read and follow simple work instructions.
• Good discipline, responsibility, and attendance.
• Willing to work on the production floor and follow shift schedules.
• Willing to work in a production environment and carry out assigned duties.
• QC or food manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, hygiene, or food safety is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
