Job summary

Beacon Mart is seeking a QC and Production Supervisor to oversee daily quality control and production operations, ensuring targets and product specifications are met.

You will supervise operators, conduct OJT, and assist with audits while maintaining clean production areas and accurate records. A Diploma/Bachelor's in Food Technology or related field, plus 1 year in QC/production, is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Food Technology or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in QC or food production.
• Own transport.
• Able to work Mon-Sat, 5am-3pm.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Positive, aggressive work attitude; fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operators to achieve daily QC and production targets.
• Ensure operators comply with SOP, Halal, and GMP.
• Conduct On Job Training (OJT) to operators.
• Participate in audit inspections by JAKIM, VHM, customers & suppliers.
• Report non-compliance findings and improvement areas to Management.
• Maintain cleanliness of production zone and QC/production records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior/management.

Job description

Responsible for overall daily QC and Production operations. To supervise operators' work progress in order to achieve daily production target and also comply to food products' specification.

Key responsibilities

Supervise operators' work progress to achieve daily production targets and comply with food products' specification

Ensure operators comply with company's SOP, Halal, and GMP

Conduct On Job Training (OJT) to operators

Participate and assist in audit inspection process of JAKIM, VHM and customers & suppliers' audit

Report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to Management

Maintain good cleanliness of production zone

Maintain good QC and production records

Perform any other duties as assigned by superior/management

About you

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Food Science, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

At least one year of experience in a Quality Control role or 1 year of experience working on a food production line

Possesses own transport

Able to work Monday to Saturday, 5am to 3pm

Good leadership and communication skill

Positive and aggressive work attitude

Fast learner, self-motivated & aggressive personality
