Job summary

Farm Fresh Berhad is seeking a QC-focused professional to verify inline records and conduct daily checks on the production line. The role ensures QC personnel and interns are trained prior to operations and supports weekly rostering with daily adjustments as needed.

You will review production data, CCP records, and investigate quality issues, while participating in management discussions on quality improvements and NCR reporting. GMP/hygiene compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Halal standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Verify in-line QC records and conduct daily checks.
• Ensure QC personnel and interns receive proper training before working on the production line.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters and make daily adjustments when required.
• Review production data and verify CCP records to ensure quality parameters are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and investigate quality issues or defects.
• Participate in management meetings and discuss quality-related issues.
• Prepare investigation and NCR reports when required.
• Highlight quality issues to management and ensure proper action is taken.
• Ensure production areas and personnel comply with GMP and hygiene standards.
• Arrange inspections for on-hold or returned finished goods.
• Provide support for other production positions when required.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
