Job summary

TikTok is seeking an English/Mandarin Trainer within the ADSO team in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver training online and in classrooms, develop courses, and assess team needs to improve policy adherence and content moderation performance.

You will work across policy and operations to align training with global guidelines, coach performers, and help onboard new members while maintaining high accuracy and clear communication in both English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably with policy, content moderation, or quality-related work.
• Proficient in English as a primary working language and fluent in Mandarin Chinese for content review in Mandarin.
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance and training or related field.
• Expertise in content moderation policy, operational guideline development, and enforcement workflows.
• Strong English communication with attention to detail and precision in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver process training in classroom and online environments in English and Mandarin.
• Help develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products.
• Identify and assess training needs to bridge policy gaps for better performance.
• Lead policy briefings to ensure changes align with cultural and regional conditions.
• Coach labeling teams to improve performance and identify bottom performers.
