Qualifications

• Proven experience in internet Trust & Safety, QA, AI data evaluation, or policy operations.
• Strong logical reasoning and synthesis skills; able to navigate complex business scenarios and deliver structured solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly self-motivated with strong ownership; able to handle fast-paced, cross-border collaboration and multiple tasks.
• Turkish proficiency is required for daily liaison with the local Turkish market team.

Responsibilities

• Construct and iterate the core Golden Sets for safety data standards and global enforcement teams.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to identify misapplication patterns and risk evolution trends; translate into SOPs.
• Drive closure of content safety data loops; collaborate with Operations, Algorithm, Product, and global teams.
• Systematize QA methodologies and track key data metrics to improve accuracy and efficiency.
