• Able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Review project guidelines with PQA and amend landing as needed.
• Assist in developing and updating policy guidelines for clarity and currency.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with TL and cross-functional teams.
• Review training plans and ensure synchronization with project plans.
• Ensure training of PQA and LQA within timelines and provide support as needed.
• Monitor project performance (quality, output, timelines) and assist root-cause analysis.
