• Highly self-motivated with ownership; able to drive multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Spanish proficiency is required for daily liaison with the local team in the Spanish market.

Responsibilities

• Construct and iterate the core Golden Sets for the content safety ecosystem.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on high-risk safety cases and translate rules into SOPs.
• Drive the content safety data closed-loop with cross-functional collaboration.
• Systematize QA mechanisms and track data metrics for accuracy and efficiency.
