Job summary

Spritzer Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance lead to uphold ISO 9001 standards across the injection molding operations. You will investigate complaints, perform root cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions, and document CAPA results to prevent recurrence.

This role requires collaboration with production, engineering, and management to maintain product quality and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001 certification efforts, ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Coordinate corrective actions with related departments.
• Prepare reports and monitor CAPA effectiveness.
• Monitor complaint trends and prevent recurrence.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for the injection molding process.
• Establish quality standards for raw materials, in-process components and finished products.
• Monitor and evaluate injection molding processes for compliance with established quality standards.
• Regularly inspect injection molding machines, tools and equipment to meet quality standards.
• Maintain records of quality inspections, test results and production data.
• Record and investigate nonconformities and customer complaints.
• Ensure customer complaints/feedback are addressed per plans.
• Conduct supplier audits and evaluations as necessary.
• Provide training to production and quality control teams on standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate quality issues and improvements.
• Define KPIs for quality and report regularly on these metrics.
• All other duties as instructed by management; keep calibration instruments updated and quality measurement tools maintained.

• iv Collaborate regular inspection of injection moulding machine, tools and equipment to ensure they
• meet quality standards.
• v Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results and production data.
• vi To record and investigate all Nonconformity and Customer complaint.
• vii Ensure customer complaints/feedback are being attended to and handled in accordance with plans.
• viii Conduct supplier audits and evaluations are necessary.
• ix Provide training to production and quality control teams on quality standards, procedures and best
• practices.
• x Collaborate with cross functional teams, including production, engineering and management to
• communicate quality issues and improvements.
• xi Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and report regularly on these metrics.
• xii All other duties as instructed by the management from time to time.
• xiii To keep update all calibration instruments and to maintain all quality measurements tools.
