Job summary

Optosem Systems in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to train inspectors, investigate quality issues, and ensure ISO compliance across manufacturing operations.

The role involves calibration of inspection equipment, data collection, and reporting; you will perform 100% FA measurements and support internal audits to uphold ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in Injection Moulding or Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop inspectors or technicians to achieve quality standards.
• Investigate and analyze quality-related problems and coordinate with other departments.
• Manage calibration and control of inspection, measuring, and test equipment.
• Collect quality data and prepare reports.
• Perform 100% FA measurement and submit reports to customers.
• Act as Internal Auditor to ensure ISO procedures followed.
• Implement SPC/CPK studies on all parts.
• Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor.
