Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking someone to lead and manage our quality management system (QMS) across all activities. The role focuses on maintaining ISO9001, AS9100 and ISO14001 compliance, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating quality activities with Engineering, Production, Logistics, HR and other departments.

Responsibilities include developing QMS documentation, implementing quality improvement plans, conducting audits, and analyzing data to drive corrective actions and process

Qualifications

• Understanding of ISO9001, AS9100 and ISO14001 quality systems.
• Experience in quality management and continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop and maintain QMS documentation and records.
• Leadership in implementing quality improvement plans.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional quality activities.
• Data analysis for quality metrics and SPC reporting.
• Experience with non-conformity handling and corrective actions.
• Ability to manage supplier quality and customer requirements.
• Familiarity with audits, root-c cause analysis and CAPA.
• Strong communication with engineering, production and logistics.
• Ability to conduct ad-hoc tasks from top management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enforce, and manage a compliant and effective QMS for activities in scope.
• Develop and oversee continuous improvement programs for QA/QC with periodic reviews.
• Define and ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100 & ISO14001 and related requirements.
• Manage system deployments and implementations.
• Establish lean practices and standards in relation to business operations.
• Review current processes and approve new process validation and continual improvement.
• Tackle issues across diverse scopes requiring evaluation of multiple factors.
• Follow processes and policies to select methods for solutions.
• Provide ideas on QMS and propose an effective Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Coordinate quality activities across departments while adhering to SOPs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Logistics, HR, Planning, BD and Supply Chain on quality systems.
• Compile quality control reports, metrics, non-conformity reports, and perform failure analyses.
• Conduct ad-hoc tasks as requested by top management.

Responsibilities

• 1. Maintain, enforce, and manage a compliant and effective QMS for the activities in scope, as well as for effective and lean QMS structures and its documents.
• 2. Develop and oversee the Continuous Improvement Program that involve in QA/QC department with regularly review the quality system after analyzing findings summarization. Act as Leader including implementation and execution or any requirement delegate by the top management.
• 3. Define, maintain and ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100 & ISO14001, equivalent International Quality System and Customer Requirement.
• 4. Manage System related deployments and implementations.
• 5. Define and establishes a lean practice (tools, methods, standards, competency, process and process performance) in relation with the organization business / operations activities with full integrity.
• 6. Reviews current process and/or approves new process validation & continual improvement.
• 7. Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
• 8. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• 9. Provide constructive ideas on QMS systems and propose an effective Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• 10. Manage and coordinates quality activities while adhering to all policies and Standard Operating procedures.
• 11. Work with all department such as Engineering / Production / Logistics / Human Resource / Planning / Business Development / Supplier Chain on ISO9001, AS9100 & ISO14001, equivalent International Quality System and on it implementation and related requirements.
• 12. Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, assess customer return products with failure analysis, and recommend continuous improvement activity.
• 13. To conduct any ad-hoc tasks request from the Top Management at any time.
