Job summary

Centrizon Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to strengthen and continuously improve the ISO 9001 QMS. You will work closely with the QMR to ensure compliance and drive improvements across operations.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering or related field, at least 5 years in industrial QA/QC, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001. Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with the ability to coordinate across

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years in industrial QA/QC, QMR, ISO/EHS roles.
• Strong ISO 9001 QMS knowledge.
• Experience with other ISO/EHS standards is a plus.
• Familiar with QMS, audits, KPIs, and compliance.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation.
• Able to work independently with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the ISO 9001 QMS with QMR.
• Implement and maintain the QMS per ISO 9001 standards.
• Assist QMR with training and awareness programs.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and monitor KPIs via audits.
• Assist in third-party audits and follow up on findings.
• Maintain ISO-related documentation and records.
• Support other ISO/EHS standards where required.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in industrial QA/QC, Quality Management Representative (QMR), ISO and/or EHS-related roles.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Experience with other ISO standards and/or EHS compliance will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with quality management systems, internal audits, KPI monitoring and compliance requirements.
• Must be proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and work closely with different departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Quality Management Representative (QMR) to develop, strengthen and continuously improve the company's existing ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Implement and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.
• Assist the QMR in strengthening the QMS through employee training and awareness programmes, both online and offline.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through internal audits and regular follow-ups.
• Assist and support the QMR in preparation for and during third-party/external audits.
• Follow up on all findings, non-conformities and required corrective actions arising from internal audits.
• Assist in maintaining and improving ISO-related documentation, records and compliance requirements.
• Support compliance activities related to other applicable ISO standards and EHS requirements, where required.
• Perform other duties consistent with the position as assigned or required by Management.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
