Job summary

V.S. Industry Berhad is seeking a Quality Management professional to maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO standards. The role includes planning and conducting internal audits and supporting external audits, plus managing NCR/CAPA and documentation across the site in Senai, Johor.

The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in engineering with QMS experience, strong knowledge of ISO 9001, auditing capabilities, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field with QMS/Quality Assurance experience.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS implementation/maintenance.
• Experience in internal and external/customer audits.
• Proficient with quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, Pareto, FMEA, PDCA).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the management system per ISO standards and customer/regulatory requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct internal audits; support external and certification audits.
• Manage NCR, CAPA including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
• Control and maintain documentation and records (procedures, work instructions, forms).
• Monitor QMS performance, KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
• Coordinate with departments to implement QMS requirements and close audit findings.
• Provide QMS awareness and training to employees and promote quality culture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience in QMS or Quality Assurance.
• Good knowledge of management system such as ISO 9001 and experience in QMS implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Experience in internal auditing, external/customer audits.
• Familiar with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, 8D, Pareto, FMEA and PDCA.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good documentation and reporting skills.
• Work Location: Senai, Johor
