Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to develop, implement, and maintain QMS policies, procedures, and SOPs across the organization, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulations.
You will monitor QMS effectiveness, plan internal audits, coordinate external audits and certification, and drive continuous improvement while guiding CAPA and data-driven quality initiatives.

Develop, implement, and maintain QMS policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Ensure processes comply with applicable quality standards and regulations.
Monitor QMS effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and certification processes.
Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage QMS document control, including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and record keeping.
Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Support root cause analysis and problem‑solving activities.
Conduct QMS‑related training and promote quality awareness among employees.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure QMS compliance and resolve quality issues.
Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in QMS, QA, or Compliance.
Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001.
Good knowledge of QMS standards and audit processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
