Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented QA/QC coordinator to ensure products meet quality system standards and specifications. The role includes organizing training, maintaining ISO 9001 and 14001 documents, and enforcing safety policies to protect workers and product integrity.

Responsibilities include planning daily production, supervising QA procedures, and ensuring PPE and First Aid Kits are available, while complying with government regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma (related field) with at least 2 years of experience in QA/production.
• Fresh degree in Industrial Chemistry welcome.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily production plan for the production team.
• Ensure all finished products meet their specifications.
• Ensure QA procedures are followed in a timely manner.
• Organize yearly training for production and QA staff.
• Maintain and implement ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documents for QA.
• Ensure PPEs and First Aid Kits are available for the team.
• Implement safety policies to improve workplace health and safety.
• Ensure the Safety and Health system complies with government regulations.
• Carry out any other tasks as required by the Company and Superiors.

(a) To perform outgoing products inspection to ensure conformance to the quality system and product specification

(b) Ensure that all the processes executed adhere to the company's QA policies, quality standards, and requirements

(c) To plan, implement, and manage environmental, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance with government and company regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities & Duties

Primary

(a) Prepare the daily production plan for the production team

(b) Ensure that the quality of all the finished products is within the product’s specification

(c) Ensure all procedures are followed by the QA department, and in a timely manner

(d) Organize and provide yearly training to the production and QA staff

(e) In charge of maintaining and implementing ISO 9001 and 14001 documents for the QA department

(f) Ensure that all PPEs and First Aid Kits are available for the production team

(g) To implement safety policies to ensure workplace improvement in relation to safety and health-related practices

(h) Ensures the Company's Safety and Health system complies with government regulations

Secondary

General

(a) To carry out any other tasks required by the Company and Superiors

Requirements

(a) A diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field

(b) Fresh degree holder in Industrial Chemistry is welcome

(c) Proficient in MS (Word & Excel) and MS PowerPoint
