Job summary

Compart Systems Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Quality Manager to ensure QMS and EMR compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and ISO 14001. You will plan Management Reviews, lead audits, and drive continual improvement across processes and products.

The role requires coordinating audits (3rd party and internal), maintaining document/record control, and training staff in quality procedures. Mandarin proficiency is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing QMS to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to plan and conduct Management Review Meetings and follow up on actions.
• Experience coordinating 3rd party audits, customer audits and internal audits (QMS/Manufacturing/Product).
• Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain departmental KPI and monitor targets to ensure achievement.
• Serve as Quality Management Representative (QMR) and Environmental Quality Management Representative (EMR).
• Ensure compliance of audits and quality processes (QMS Internal Audit, Manufacturing Process Audit, Product Audit).
• Plan and coordinate quality activities to meet policy and objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement of quality standards for products and processes.
• Prepare and approve First Article Inspection reports and related documents.
• Ensure document control and record control are effectively implemented.
• Provide training on quality matters across departments as needed.
• Oversee Configuration Management through Product Audit and Foreign Object Damage program.

Develop and maintain departmental KPI and continuously monitor to ensure the set target are achieved.

As for Quality Manager, serve as Quality Management Representative (QMR) and Environmental Quality Management Representative (EMR) to ensure that QMS and EMR are continuously suitable & effective of meeting the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and ISO 14001 standards. Responsible to plan and call Management Review Meeting. Minute and follow up the action taken.

Responsible to ensure compliance of 3rd Party Audit, Customer Audit, QMS Internal Audit, Manufacturing Process Audit and Product Audit (for IATF 16949) and Supplier Audit.

Plan and coordinate Quality activities to meet Quality Policy & Quality Objective.

Liaison with customers and suppliers on quality matters, monitor and drive quality performance.

Lead the continuous improvement of Quality Standards for products & processes.

Assist on preparing and approving First Article Inspection report and documents.

Ensure effective implementation of Control of Document and Control of Record.

Provide training on quality related matters to other departments as & when necessary.

As for AS9100, to ensure Configuration Management properly handled through Product Audit and ensure Foreign Object Damage program work effectively.

To ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive action throughout the organization.

Establish quality inspection plan and related criteria.

Ensure measurement system stability and effectiveness.

Must be proficient in Mandarin both written and speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
