Job summary

VIATIRE TECH SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking a Quality Management Representative to maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance.

You will handle customer quality issues, lead 8D problem solving, drive root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, monitor production quality, and support internal and certification audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with automotive quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Experience in IATF 16949 environment will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
