Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Quality, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing quality roles and team supervision.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with customer audits and handling complaints.
• Experience with product certifications such as ETL/UL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QA/QC team and oversee QA/QC activities.
• Ensure inspections (incoming, in-process, final) are properly executed.
• Maintain ISO 9001/ISO 14001 systems and coordinate audits.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Coordinate audits and manage product certifications.

Lead the QA/QC team and take responsibility for the company's quality management system, product quality and compliance with customer, ISO, certification and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise the QA/QC team

Plan and assign QA/QC activities and monitor team performance

Ensure incoming, in-process and final inspections are properly carried out

Establish and maintain inspection standards and Control Plans

Train and develop QA/QC personnel

Take responsibility for maintaining and improving ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems

Coordinate external, customer and certification audits

Lead and coordinate customer quality audits and assessments

Handle customer complaints and quality issues and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions

Manage product certifications such as ETL, UL and other applicable certifications

About you

Diploma/Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field

3–5 years of relevant manufacturing quality experience

Experience leading or supervising QA/QC personnel

Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Experience in customer audits and customer complaint handling

Experience with product certification such as ETL/UL is an advantage

Experience in calibration management

Familiar with 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA and Control Plan

Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills

Chinese language proficiency in speaking and reading is strongly preferred
