Platinium Marine Products Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Shipping Executive to support logistics operations, coordinate local and international shipments, and assist with customs clearance. You will handle stock checks, maintain warehouse inventory, and provide essential admin support to ensure smooth office functions.

Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin preferred, and at least two years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification is required.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin (Chinese) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the arrangement of logistic matters.
• Assist in stock check in systems and manage stock in warehouses.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Coordinate and arrange shipping and logistics activities for local and international shipments.
• Handle customs clearance matters, including coordination for import/export documentation.
• Able to multitask and accept ad-hoc tasks as required.
