Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification is required.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin (Chinese) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the arrangement of logistic matters.
• Assist in stock check in systems and manage stock in warehouses.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Coordinate and arrange shipping and logistics activities for local and international shipments.
• Handle customs clearance matters, including coordination for import/export documentation.
• Able to multitask and accept ad-hoc tasks as required.
