Job summary

Harmony Marine Products Sdn. Bhd. seeks a logistics coordinator to support warehouse, shipping, and documentation tasks in Malaysia.

The role involves liaising with forwarders, carriers, and shipping agents, and coordinating with government agencies to ensure timely import/export documentation and permit approvals. The ideal candidate holds an SPM or Diploma (or is a fresh graduate) and is proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Recognized SPm/Diploma holder in any discipline or fresh graduate.
• Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
• Language required - English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate effectively in warehouse/shipping/forwarding/documentation.
• Manage and liaise with service providers (forwarders, carriers and shipping agents).
• Coordinate with government agencies (Customs, KKM and MITI) for smooth documents submission and applications.
• Ensure full compliance with local and foreign regulatory requirements for permits/certificates for import/export shipments.
• Manage and monitor incoming and outgoing shipment schedules and document preparation.

Manage and liaise with service providers (i.e. forwarders. carriers and shipping agents), as well as coordinate with government agencies (i.e. Customs, KKM and MITI), to ensure smooth documents submission and application.

Ensure full compliance of local and foreign agencies' regulatory requirements, in obtaining approval of required permits/certificates for import/export shipments.

Manage and monitor incoming and outgoing shipment schedules planning, ensuring shipment process and preparation of documentation are executed accurately and smoothly.

Requirement:
