Job summary

You will optimize capacity, oversee lead conversion, negotiate vehicle purchases after inspection, coordinate with BST for appointment slots, and provide weekly performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive procurement, sales management, or branch operations.
• Proven track record of managing large teams of inspectors or frontline staff.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing high-value retail deals.
• Strong ability to track operational metrics and produce weekly performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Scheduling: manage daily manpower for inspectors across channels to ensure full coverage.
• Lead Management: assign new leads and monitor progress to meet SLA/TAT.
• Capacity Optimization: review capacity and optimize completion times.
• Website Lead Conversion: oversee website funnel and educate customers on inspection process.
• Deal Negotiation: own negotiation post-inspection to secure vehicle purchases.
• Proactive Follow-ups: drive daily follow-ups to close deals.
• Bidding Management: manage post-bid communications and offer acceptance.
• Cross-functional Coordination: coordinate with BST team for appointment slots.
• Reporting & Quality Assurance: weekly reporting for TCA and data accuracy.
• Valuation Support: provide rapid car value estimations to speed decisions.
